Prize Draw to help children with disabilities

To coincide with the Police Federation Conference in Bournemouth and then in branches until 30 June, we are running a draw with three prizes - Samsung netbook, Apple Itouch and portable DVD player - with all takings going to Children Today, our adopted charity, which provides equipment for children with disabilities. 

Tickets cost £1 each and will be available from any of our seven regional branches from Monday 24 May.

POLICE FEDERATION CONFERENCE PRIZE DRAW

1^st Prize – Samsung N150 Netbook.

2^nd Prize – Apple Itouch (8GB).

3^rd Prize – Technika 9” Portable DVD Player.

Prizes provided by Police Credit Union.  Promoter – Police Credit Union (see 9 below).

Prize Draw Information

All ticket proceeds go to: Children Today, providing equipment for children and young people with disabilities.

Donation per ticket: £1.00

Opening date: 17^th May 2010.

Closing date: 30^th June 2010.

Prize Draw terms and conditions

1.       The competition is open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over.

2.       There is no limit to the number of entries that any one entrant can make to the competition.

3.       Entrants are responsible for providing the Promoter(s) with accurate and up to date contact details and the Promoter will not be liable for any inability to make contact with any entrant due to errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the entrant.  Entrants must submit such contact details as requested by the promoter.  PCU confirms the contact details will not be used for any purpose other than this prize draw.

4.       Responsibility cannot be accepted for any lost entries.

5.       All entries are final and no refunds will made at any time or for any reason, except where the competition is cancelled.

6.       There will be a random selection of a single winner drawn from entrants for each prize; 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd (as listed above).

7.       Winners will be notified directly by PCU in writing or by phone.

8.       By purchasing a raffle card, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
