Details of proposed rule and policy changes for AGM in January 2009

Further to the earlier posting of the vacancies and election details for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held at Parkmore Hotel, Yarm Road, Eaglescliffe, Stockton on Tees on Wednesday 14 January 2009 from 7 pm, please find below details of rule and policy changes that are being proposed.

Details of Director and Supervisor vacancies plus motions for AGM

At the AGM to be held at Parkmore Hotel, Yarm Road, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees at 7.00pm on 14 January 2008, there will be motions for changes to the Rule Book and elections for Director and Supervisors 

Savings statements for Cash ISAs

Statements for Cash ISA accounts will be issued annually at the end of a tax year and do not form part of the four monthly Rewarder / Youngster statements sent out with Financial Force newsletters.

Compensation level raised to £50,000

The Government has announced that, with effect from 07 October 2008, the level of guarantee for savers, in the event of a financial organisation failing, is now £50,000
