Details of Director and Supervisor vacancies plus motions for AGM
At the AGM to be held at Parkmore Hotel, Yarm Road, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees at 7.00pm on 14 January 2008, there will be motions for changes to the Rule Book and elections for Director and Supervisors

The motions to be brought to the AGM will be posted to this website immediately after the Board of Directors' Meeting to be held on 13 November 2008.
DIRECTOR and SUPERVISOR VACANCIES
The following details the vacancies for Directors and Supervisors for the relevant branches, with those standing down in accordance with PCU Rules and seeking re-election. If any member is interested in standing for any post, whether vacant or subject to re-election ( please see next paragraph ), please submit a nomination in writing with a Proposer and Seconder ( members only) and ensure delivery to the appropriate PCU Branch Office by Sunday 30 November 2008. Nomination forms for all positions are available from your local branch office.
All Directors and Supervisors are elected for a three year term after which they must stand for re-election, if they wish to. These are termed " vacancies ". "Casual" vacancies are those which arise, from time to time during a three year term, due to retirements etc, and anyone who takes on such a casual vacancy would do so for the remaining term of that particular post.
a) Birmingham
Mr Brian Longdon and Mr Wayne McManus are seeking re-election as Directors.
Mr Rex Langford is seeking re-election as Supervisor.
There are also casual vacancies for the post of Director.
Nominations are invited from members with accounts held at Birmingham branch.
b) Bristol
Mr Richard Wand is seeking re-election as Supervisor.
There is a vacancy for the post of Director.

c) Exeter
There is a vacancy for the post of Director.
There are a vacancy and two casual vacancies for the post of Supervisor.

d) Liverpool
Mr Paul Kinsella is seeking re-election as Director and Mr Brian Moore as Supervisor.

Mrs Jean McGuinness is seeking re-election as Supervisor.
