Honorary Vice President
Dave Raine was appointed the first Honorary Vice President of Police Credit Union in December 2011.
The position recognises the work Dave put in to help create PCU from seven separate credit unions in 2003 and his subsequent commitment, both as Director and Treasurer, to assisting the development of the new operation through to his retirement in July 2011.
Dave began at Northumberland County Constabulary in 1964 and served through two amalgamations, retiring from the force in 2004, having served 39 years. The last 23 years were as an Inspector.
His work with credit unions began in 1990, as treasurer of Northumbria Police Credit Union.
He also served as Chair of the Federation of British Police Credit Unions.
